01 — Shipping

Orders & shipping

How long until my order ships?

Every Testifi piece is printed after you order it, not pulled off a shelf. Production takes 1–2 business days, and then it ships. You’ll get tracking by email the moment it leaves.

How much is shipping, and where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States. Standard shipping is $6.95 an order, or $11.50 if it includes a blanket, and free on orders over $75. You’ll see the total at checkout before you pay. We don’t ship internationally yet.

My package is lost or hasn’t moved. What now?

Check your tracking link first. If it shows delivered but nothing arrived, or it hasn’t moved in several days, email us with your order number and we’ll sort it out. One ask: double-check your address at checkout. We can’t reship for free when an address was entered wrong.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every piece is made for you after you order, we can’t take returns or exchanges for sizing or a change of mind. Check the size chart below before you order — it’s the surest way to get the fit right the first time.

What if it arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong?

We’ll make it right. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem, and we’ll send a free replacement or refund you. You don’t need to ship anything back.

Product & care

Are your shirts made to order?

Yes. Every Testifi piece is printed when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, and nothing gets thrown away unsold. It means your order takes a few extra days to reach you: production takes 1–2 business days before it ships.

What shirts do you print on?

We pick the blank for each line based on how it holds the art. See the size charts below for measurements.

Comic & Album Art line T-shirts: AS Colour 5001
Slogan line T-shirts: Gildan 64000

How do the shirts fit?

Our tees are unisex. The Comic and Album Art lines are printed on the AS Colour Staple Tee: midweight combed cotton with a regular fit that runs true to size. Slogan designs are on the lighter Gildan Softstyle tee, a classic fit with no side seams. Full measurements are below.

How do I take care of the print?

Wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. No bleach, and never iron directly on the artwork. Treat it like a comic worth keeping and it’ll fade the good way, not the sad way.

Measure twice

Size charts

All measurements in inches, taken with the shirt laid flat. They come from the manufacturers’ spec sheets, and any single shirt can be up to 1″ off in either direction.

How to measure

Lay a shirt you already love flat on a table. Measure straight across the chest about an inch below the armpits, then from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem. Match those two numbers to the chart above. That beats guessing from your usual size every time.
