Terms of Service

You are buying print-on-demand goods from Testifi Studios at testifistudios.com. We print after you pay. US shipping only for now. Email hello@testifistudios.com if something is wrong.

These terms are between you and Testifi Studios. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be 18 or older (or have a parent place the order) to buy.

Product photos, mockups, prices, colors, and stock can change. We try to describe items accurately; a garment-dyed tee will still vary a little from piece to piece. We can refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, that we cannot fulfill, or that we priced in error. If we cancel after you paid, we refund you.

All artwork on the site is ours. Do not copy, scrape, or reprint it.

An account is optional. If you create one, keep the password to yourself and tell us if you think it was stolen. We can close an account that is abused or used to break these terms.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment succeeds and we start production. Prices are in US dollars. South Carolina sales tax is added when we ship to South Carolina; other states are not taxed by us today.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see your full card number. You authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout, including shipping and any tax.

Every piece is printed to order in the United States through our fulfillment partner, Printify, and usually ships within 2–4 business days after we send it to production. We review paid orders before releasing them.

Standard shipping is $5.95 and free on merchandise of $75 or more. Express is $14.95. Those are estimates of 5–8 and 2–3 business days after the package leaves the printer — not a guarantee. We ship to US addresses only. A tracking number is emailed when the printer hands the package to the carrier.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier picks up the package. If a package is marked delivered and you do not have it, start with the carrier, then email us. We will help.

Because items are made to order, we do not take returns because you changed your mind. We do exchange unworn, unwashed items for a different size within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@testifistudios.com with your order number and what you need. You pay return shipping on a size exchange unless we sent the wrong size.

Defective prints, damaged items, or a packing error are replaced at our cost. Send a photo. No argument.

Email us as soon as you can if you need to cancel. Once an order is in production we usually cannot stop it. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Tax collected on a refunded South Carolina order is reversed with the refund.

Do not break the site, scrape it aggressively, try to get into someone else’s account, or use it for anything illegal. We can suspend access if you do.

The site is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted checkout or that a color on your screen matches the garment in your hands. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for an order is the amount you paid us for that order.

Some states do not allow these limits. If yours does not, the parts that cannot apply do not apply to you, and the rest still does.

These terms are governed by South Carolina law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Greenville County, South Carolina are the venue for any dispute that cannot be worked out by email, unless a law where you live requires otherwise.

We can update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. A change does not apply to an order you already placed.
