Privacy Policy

Testifi Studios (“we,” “us”) runs the store at testifistudios.com. We sell print-on-demand apparel, posters, and blankets. Questions about this policy: hello@testifistudios.com.

We collect only what we need to take an order, ship it, and keep your account working:

• Order details — name, email, phone (if you give one), shipping address, items, and payment status.
• Account details — if you register: name, email, and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
• Payment details — card numbers go to Stripe. We store only the last four digits, card brand, and Stripe’s payment IDs so we can refund or look up a charge.
• Device data that stays on your computer — the cart and checkout form live in your browser’s local storage. We also set a session cookie when you sign in.

We use this information to:

• Take payment, print and ship your order, and send receipts and shipping updates.
• Let you sign in and see past orders.
• Calculate South Carolina sales tax when we ship into that state.
• Reset a password or answer a support email you send us.
• Detect fraud and keep the store running.

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing email. Order and account mail is transactional only.

We share only what each vendor needs to do its job:

• Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Printify and its print partners — name, address, email, and the items to produce so they can print and ship your order.
• Bird — transactional email (order confirmation, shipping, password reset).
• Google — if you use address autocomplete at checkout, the text you type is sent to Google Places so we can fill the form.
• South Carolina Department of Revenue — sales figures we are required to report, not your name or card.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or if we sell or transfer the business (the new owner would have to honor this policy).

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. Your cart and the last shipping details you typed are saved in local storage on your device so they survive a refresh. We do not use advertising cookies or a third-party analytics pixel.

Orders, tax records, and payment references stay as long as we need them for fulfillment, refunds, and tax filings — typically at least seven years for tax records. Account data stays until you ask us to delete the account. Password-reset tokens expire and are single-use.

Email us at hello@testifistudios.com to see, correct, or delete the account data we hold, or to close an account. We may keep order records we are required to keep for tax and fraud. You can clear cart data yourself by emptying the cart or clearing your browser storage. You can shop without creating an account.

If you live in a state with a consumer privacy law (for example California’s CCPA), you can also ask us not to “sell” or “share” personal information. We do not sell or share data for advertising, so there is nothing extra to opt out of.

The store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.

Passwords are hashed. Card data never touches our servers. The site is served over HTTPS. No method is perfect; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will email the address on your order or account.

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Keep using the site after that date means you accept the updated policy.
